Eating Right!

Eating right is first and foremost eating wholesome organic foods, preferably raw. This is the most fundamental key to health.

The key to wholesomeness in foods is a healthy soil and a healthy plant.

The key to a healthy soil is mineral availability and the availability of functional and thriving beneficial micro-organisms.

In other words, mineral supplementation with rockdust and humic extracts, perhaps supplemented with seaweed, and micro-organism supplementation with bio-dynamic composts and compost teas.

And the key to a healthy, thriving plant is bio-dynamic "incentives". This can come in many forms, the easiest probably being Moringa juice preparations.

All of this is available to anyone who cares.

The best approach is to grow your own foods, in your own organic garden, or be part of a CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) effort, where food is grown for you by people you can trust, because *they* will eat the same foods than you!
